What you will do

• Define and implement the roadmap for a unified platform, establishing reusable customer-facing capabilities across all digital channels.
• Lead engineering teams responsible for hirify.global Home, ensuring platform stability and operational excellence during modernization.
• Drive the consolidation of fragmented channel-specific capabilities into a unified platform using headless architecture and shared services.
• Provide technical leadership for modern web/mobile architecture, performance engineering, observability, and security practices.
• Partner with Product, UX, and Architecture teams to align modernization priorities with business objectives.
• Build and mentor a leadership team of Directors, Engineering Managers, and Principal Engineers.

Requirements

• 15+ years of software engineering and technology leadership experience, with at least 7+ years leading multiple engineering teams.
• Proven track record in large-scale digital transformation, customer experience modernization, and platform consolidation.
• Deep expertise in modern web technologies including React, Node.js, and REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of API-first architectures, BFF patterns, and micro-frontends.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate technical strategies to business stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (implied by 401k/US benefits).
