What you will do

• Architect, develop, and deliver new features aligned with business goals and technical standards.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a small team of developers, managing their career growth and onboarding.
• Solve complex technical challenges focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
• Manage the full delivery lifecycle from planning and estimation to post-release support.
• Coordinate with product managers and QA to prioritize and break down complex tasks.
• Promote engineering excellence through code reviews and team-defined standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development using JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Proficiency with React.js (preferred), Angular, or Vue.
• Experience with Node.js and REST APIs such as Express or Fastify.
• Strong SQL knowledge, including query optimization and migrations.
• Working knowledge of Docker, Redis, and event-based communication concepts.
• Must be based in or able to work in Lehi, US (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a team lead, technical lead, or people manager.
• Experience with AI pipelines, AI endpoints, or agent-supported architecture.
• Knowledge of AWS Lambda, Amazon SQS, RabbitMQ, or Redux/Zustand.
• Experience leading sprint planning, retrospectives, and task breakdown.
