What you will do

• Lead a team of software engineers delivering platform tooling, operational automation, and AI-enabled support solutions.
• Manage product ownership, backlog, delivery execution, and operational excellence for the Data Fabric ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, security, and architecture to improve platform scalability and reliability.
• Drive innovation through self-service capabilities, enterprise knowledge management, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and security requirements for healthcare and government-aligned environments.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 7+ years of experience in software/platform engineering or technical product development.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams or engineering initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud-native applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
• 3+ years of experience working within Agile methodologies.
• 1+ year of experience with AI-enabled technologies, Generative AI, or intelligent automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards like FHIR.
• Knowledge of regulated cloud environments (FedRAMP, GovCloud, GovRAMP).
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) and DevOps practices.
• Experience with enterprise search technologies like OpenSearch or Elasticsearch.
