What you will do

Partner with product and executive leadership to define and execute the technology roadmap.
Lead the modernization of legacy monolithic systems into cloud-native architectures.
Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture reviews and design decision-making.
Leverage AI-powered tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality.
Drive operational excellence through robust incident management and observability practices.
Build, coach, and develop engineering managers and high-performing teams.

Requirements

Must be based in the United States
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
Deep expertise in Azure, .NET, C#, and Angular.
Proven experience modernizing legacy applications to cloud-native architectures.
Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and enterprise-scale software delivery.
Experience with AI-assisted development and agentic AI platforms.

Nice to have

Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or financial technology.
Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
Experience with Databricks and Power BI.
