IT Infrastructure Manager (AWS)

What you will do

• Lead the engineering, delivery, modernization, and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure platforms.
• Develop infrastructure roadmaps covering hybrid cloud, AWS, Azure, networking, identity, Microsoft 365, endpoints, and core enterprise services.
• Define engineering standards, reference architectures, documentation requirements, and operational readiness practices.
• Drive repeatable delivery through Infrastructure as Code, automation, Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and reusable deployment patterns.
• Partner with Architecture, Security & Risk, Operations, PMO, and business stakeholders on secure, resilient, supportable solutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop infrastructure engineers while managing capacity, delivery standards, vendors, budgets, and infrastructure investments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure, platform, cloud, network, or systems engineering, including 3+ years leading engineering teams.
• Advanced experience delivering infrastructure solutions in hybrid enterprise environments and managing projects through implementation, documentation, transition, and support readiness.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, Ansible, PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, which is required; Azure experience is preferred, along with virtualization, Windows and Linux servers, storage, backup and recovery, and cloud networking.
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, privileged access, conditional access, and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience with networking, Microsoft 365, ITSM, change management, incident and problem management, monitoring, observability, vendor management, budgeting, and cost analysis.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Industry certifications in cloud technologies, infrastructure automation, project management, cybersecurity, networking, endpoint management, or IT service management.
• Experience in financial services, mortgage, or another regulated and security-conscious environment.
