What you will do

• Contact current subscribers to secure renewals for the Bentley SELECT program.
• Discuss loss mitigation strategies with customers to prevent cancellations.
• Process service requests and dispute cases as assigned.
• Communicate program offerings and benefits to internal and external users.
• Coordinate with sales and management regarding renewal status and impact.
• Maintain accurate records within SAP CRM and related reporting tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Exton, PA
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage long renewal cycles.
• Proficiency in organizational and time management tasks.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably SAP or Salesforce.
• Understanding of contract processes and renewal workflows.
