What you will do

  • Manage CRM lead disposition and maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Support revenue growth by advancing qualified opportunities and maintaining consistent follow-up with prospects and customers.
  • Own pipeline management and forecasting by keeping an accurate CRM pipeline for visibility into active opportunities.
  • Respond to customer inquiries for NDT, Mechanical Integrity, and Reliability Services and support quoting through the opportunity lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with operations and sales stakeholders to align on bid responses, voice-of-customer feedback, and scheduling needs.
  • Prospect for new business using database tools, social media, and internet research; mentor/train new sales team members as requested.

Requirements

  • 2 years of commercial experience.
  • CRM experience in Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screen.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
