Salary: $100,000–$119,000 CAD (Ontario band)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the global GTM strategy for the marketing orchestration suite.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Client Services to create cohesive multi-channel narratives.
  • Author actionable sales plays, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides for commercial teams.
  • Deliver market insights to define and highlight unique value propositions.
  • Translate customer feedback and friction points into business requirements for product teams.
  • Monitor product adoption KPIs and iterate on positioning to maximize revenue.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of dedicated product marketing experience in the Martech or marketing automation ecosystem.
  • Deep domain expertise from tier-1 marketing automation, CDP, or cross-channel platforms.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical data structures into business value.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-channel marketing tools, email infrastructure, and workflow builders.
  • Solid baseline understanding of programmatic ad tech (DSPs, media buying).
  • Must be located in North America.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience within a DSP or programmatic advertising agency.
  • Experience with direct mail automation integrations.
  • Advanced proficiency in using generative AI tools for research and content development.
