Salary: CAN $140,000 - $160,000 + discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Translate product strategy and roadmap into structured agile development cycles via detailed epics, user stories, and technical requirements.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to define and continuously improve technical product processes.
• Lead feature prioritization, backlog management, and release planning to ensure efficient delivery.
• Own the full product development lifecycle from discovery and requirements definition through implementation and launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, sales, and business stakeholders.
• Analyze and resolve product issues and defects while balancing quality, customer needs, and delivery speed.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in end-to-end technical product management working with engineering teams.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong experience managing B2B SaaS products in enterprise technology environments.
• Proven ability to write detailed business and technical requirements, including acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency with product management tools such as GitHub, JIRA, ADO, or similar platforms.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, financial services, private equity, or real estate investment.
• Familiarity with AI-powered product features and AI-supported development workflows.
• Availability to collaborate during PST or MST working hours.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
