What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy for adoption, optimization, and scale across existing and newly launched AI capabilities.
• Lead strategic customer adoption programs to validate that AI products solve meaningful workflow pain points.
• Define product health and value realization metrics including activation, engagement, and retention.
• Synthesize customer feedback and usage patterns into clear product recommendations and roadmap priorities.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to deliver improvements in usability, trust, and model behavior.
• Enable GTM and Product Marketing teams to translate early wins into repeatable launch and adoption motions.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of professional experience, with 6+ years in Product Management (B2B SaaS, AI, or data-driven products).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong familiarity with GenAI, autonomous agents, agent orchestration, AI evaluations, and AI governance.
• Proven experience managing products post-launch and scaling customer adoption.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers to synthesize feedback.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
