Salary: CAD $252,000 – $272,500

What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise product vision and multi-year strategy for integrated product capabilities.
• Lead AI and agentic product strategy, focusing on intelligent automation, personalization, and workflow optimization.
• Build and lead a high-performing product and UX organization centered on AI capabilities, APIs, and platform services.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, Architecture, and Security teams to develop scalable platform capabilities and AI infrastructure.
• Evaluate build, buy, and partnership strategies for emerging AI and platform technologies.
• Establish AI-native product practices to leverage AI across discovery, experimentation, and delivery.

Requirements

• Extensive product leadership experience in SaaS, platform technology, AI, payments, or complex multi-product environments.
• Proven success in executing multi-year product strategies across multiple markets or business units.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled initiatives, such as AI agents, automation platforms, or recommendation systems.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, platform architecture, and modern software development.
• Experience leading platform transformations and enterprise-wide operating model changes.
• Must be based in Canada

Nice to have

• Experience in vertical SaaS, payments, billing, commerce, or health and wellness technology.
• Experience scaling orchestration platforms, MCP/API ecosystems, or developer-focused platforms.
• Experience supporting both SMB and enterprise customer segments.
• Expertise in developing pricing and commercialization strategies for usage-based or outcome-driven AI products.
