What you will do
- Define and drive the platform strategy, vision, and roadmap for APIs, infrastructure, identity, and developer enablement capabilities.
- Partner with engineering leadership to establish architectural direction and platform standards.
- Translate technical and business needs into product requirements, including roadmaps, technical briefs, and user stories.
- Evaluate complex technical decisions, including build vs. buy analysis and vendor integrations.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Data teams to ensure successful execution.
- Improve internal developer experience by ensuring services are documented, discoverable, and reliable.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 5+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, or highly technical environments.
- 2+ years of experience focused on product management or technical leadership.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices, DevOps methodologies, and reliability principles.
- Proven experience delivering complex technical initiatives within Agile/Scrum environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with observability, identity, security, or AI/ML infrastructure.
- Background in software engineering or technical architecture.
