What you will do

• Manage and develop a team of Account Directors, ensuring high retention and performance.
• Own C-suite and VP-level relationships at anchor accounts, serving as the senior escalation point.
• Drive B2B vertical strategy, including ABM evolution, AI-driven prospecting, and measurement methodologies.
• Consult on divisional P&L, forecasting key pillars like churn, service expansion, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Intelligence, Media Planning, and Creative.
• Represent the firm externally through thought leadership, speaking opportunities, and case studies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Proven track record in P&L management, contract negotiation, and client retention.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing channels and first-party data tools.
• Ability to build rapport with executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience managing large teams and driving talent development.
