What you will do

  • Define and own the brand strategy, positioning, and narrative across all channels.
  • Build marketing foundations, including messaging frameworks, processes, and performance metrics.
  • Lead product marketing efforts, including launches and validating product-market fit.
  • Develop and scale social, content, and community channels to drive engagement.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Operations to align marketing with company growth goals.
  • Hire and scale a high-performing marketing team while managing external agencies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or product marketing, ideally in tech or fintech.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling brands at high-growth companies.
  • Deep expertise in product marketing, positioning, and achieving product-market fit.
  • Experience serving as the most senior marketing leader or direct report to a CMO.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
