What you will do

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive advisor acquisition and brand awareness.
• Produce high-quality, compliance-approved marketing collateral, including brochures and digital assets.
• Own and optimize HubSpot marketing automation, email drips, and lifecycle marketing workflows.
• Manage website production, SEO optimization, and overall user experience.
• Develop KPI dashboards to track campaign effectiveness, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Leverage AI tools to increase speed and efficiency in content creation and campaign production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 6–8+ years of marketing experience in financial services, insurance, or fintech.
• Hands-on expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Strong experience with email marketing, CRM integration, and campaign analytics.
• Proficiency in managing websites via CMS and implementing SEO best practices.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience producing video content and digital multimedia assets.
• Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools for automation and optimization.
