Salary: $96,000–$108,000

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end stakeholder communication tickets from intake to delivery.
• Execute localized tests across CRM channels including email, push, in-app, WhatsApp, and SMS.
• Build, QA, and deploy multi-channel campaigns using Braze.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into on-brand communications.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance to share actionable insights.
• Leverage AI tools to improve execution quality, efficiency, and LCM excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, specifically Braze.
• Strong knowledge of CRM channels (email, push, in-app, WhatsApp, SMS).
• Experience with personalization and localization logic across multiple markets.
• Basic HTML knowledge for campaign building and quality assurance.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Seattle, WA.
