What you will do

• Support deal flow maintenance and provide operational sales support.
• Track internal and external communications regarding operational requests.
• Enter contract details and terms into Asana, Airtable, and Connect systems.
• Coordinate delivery requests for publisher partners to ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to track royalty reports and payments.
• Manage newsletter outreach and resolve operational challenges.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2-3 years of sales support experience.
• Proficiency in Asana and Airtable.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
