Compensation: $160,500–$217,500 USD (Total Target Cash Compensation)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end financial planning process for the GTM domain, setting quality standards and accountability.
• Define 6–12 month financial strategies and translate them into actionable financial outcomes.
• Build business cases for major investments, including risk quantification and second-order effects.
• Design and improve planning processes, tooling, and data definitions to reduce organizational rework.
• Lead cross-functional analyses and resolve forecast disagreements with principled financial narratives.
• Partner with functional budget owners to ensure metric consistency and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City.
• 5–8 years of FP&A or Strategic Finance experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS.
• Expert-level financial modeling skills, including driver-based forecasting and 3-statement modeling.
• Deep expertise in GTM functions and partnering with senior leadership on budget strategy.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with BI tools and ERP systems.
• Proven ability to design planning frameworks and influence decisions without direct authority.
