What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of onsite wellness initiatives and annual engagement strategies.
• Provide one-on-one, virtual, and group health coaching using motivational interviewing.
• Coordinate and conduct biometric screenings, including blood pressure and vision checks.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders such as HR, Benefits, and site leadership.
• Manage multiple wellness projects, track participation trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Wellness Coordinator or Health Coach.
• Ability to work independently onsite at client locations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google office products.
• Flexibility for early morning or evening work and periodic travel within the US.

Nice to have

• CHES or Certified Health Coach certification.
• Experience with fingerstick TC/HDL/GLU screenings.
• Experience delivering health presentations to small and large groups.
• Proficiency with Canva Pro.
