What you will do

• Supervise and mentor counselors, providing feedback, documentation, and weekly mentoring sessions.
• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions for patients.
• Develop and revise patient treatment plans while maintaining comprehensive case records.
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accrediting agency standards.
• Coordinate patient care with community providers and manage crisis interventions.
• Lead treatment team meetings and provide in-service training on addiction treatment trends.

Requirements

• Must comply with all federal and state regulations for certification, licensure, and degree.
• Strong knowledge of human behavior and the rehabilitation of drug-dependent patients.
• Experience with substance abuse populations and treatment planning.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple tasks in stressful situations.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with office equipment.
