What you will do

• Provide operational oversight for clinical escalations, patient safety concerns, and abnormal laboratory result workflows.
• Manage staffing, workload distribution, and daily operations for Clinical RNs.
• Lead patient safety and quality improvement initiatives, including root cause analyses.
• Develop, implement, and maintain clinical policies, SOPs, and standardized guidance.
• Analyze performance trends and KPIs to identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Patient Operations, Clinical Operations, and Product teams to improve patient experience.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum three years of leadership experience.
• Experience managing clinical escalations and patient safety events.
• Demonstrated project management and process improvement experience.
• Experience developing clinical policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Compact RN license.
• Experience leading remote clinical support, nurse triage, or telehealth teams.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth healthcare environment.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience managing monthly KPIs and operational reporting.
