Location: Onsite in Ridgewood, NJ
Compensation: $25-$35 per hour

What you will do
- Deliver individual and group coaching sessions using evidence-based strategies and motivational interviewing.
- Design and facilitate onsite and virtual health education programs, including workshops and webinars.
- Lead the site's Wellness Committee, planning activities such as blood drives and cooking demos.
- Drive enrollment and engagement with the platform.
- Analyze health metrics to improve participant outcomes and streamline internal procedures.
- Coordinate with client leadership to align wellbeing programming with organizational priorities.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Ridgewood, NJ.
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in health coaching, behavioral health, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic documentation systems.
- NBHWC or ICF certification (must be obtained within 2 years of hire).
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a health-related field.
- Current NBHWC or ICF certification.
- 2-4 years of experience specifically with individual behavior change management.
