What you will do

• Define and own the end-to-end model training strategy for traditional AI and LLMs.
• Fine-tune large language models using techniques like QLoRA, LoRA, and PEFT.
• Design and optimize large-scale data pipelines for ingestion, labeling, and feature engineering.
• Establish data governance, lineage, and quality standards for training datasets.
• Build reproducible training pipelines and implement experiment tracking systems.
• Partner with product and platform teams to operationalize and deploy trained models.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 12+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning and traditional ML model training.
• Proficiency with PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and scikit-learn.
• Deep understanding of data management, versioning, and PII handling.
• Experience with distributed training and GPU compute optimization.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in ML, AI, or Data Science.
• Experience with tools like Spark, Ray, dbt, MLflow, or Weights & Biases.
