What you will do

• Lead the architectural design and product integration of next-generation intelligent agents.
• Orchestrate complex agentic workflows, ensuring reliability, latency, and cost-efficiency.
• Champion Responsible and Governed AI by implementing strict guardrails for data privacy and explainability.
• Collaborate across cross-functional pods to translate AI capabilities into enterprise-grade business value.
• Solve critical engineering constraints related to token management, context windows, and system performance.
• Mentor senior engineers and steer the product development lifecycle from concept to production.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep expertise in distributed systems and cloud computing.
• 2+ years of dedicated focus building production-grade LLM/agentic systems or 3+ years shipping LLM-backed products.
• Proven experience designing and scaling complex AI orchestration architectures, including multi-agent frameworks and RAG pipelines.
• Expertise in optimizing application performance for modern LLM constraints.
• Strong understanding of implementing governance and security layers for sensitive enterprise data.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
