Warehouse Lead

What you will do

• Coordinate the activities of warehouse staff and lead daily operations with limited supervision.
• Support shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and delivering materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, operational documentation, and required paperwork.
• Design stockroom layouts and oversee rearrangement processes.
• Authorize special orders within established procedures and limits.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments, verify quantities and documentation, and resolve damage or shortage issues with shippers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years of materials-related experience, including supervision.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, electronic scales, pallet jacks, measuring tools, and alignment tools.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule-based instructions.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
