Logistics Analyst

What you will do

• Support transportation and logistics activities across distribution centers, manufacturing sites, customer service, planning, procurement, and central logistics.
• Build consolidated views of freight spend, service performance, capacity risks, logistics KPIs, and budget-to-actual results.
• Analyze carrier, site, mode, and cost-center freight data to identify cost-reduction and operational-improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate transportation escalations, expedited shipments, service disruptions, premium freight reporting, and root-cause follow-up.
• Develop carrier scorecards, monitor compliance with routing guides and preferred-carrier programs, and support corrective-action plans.
• Support Oracle implementation, logistics data readiness, process standardization, training, cross-border transportation, equipment moves, and special logistics projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, transportation, business administration, operations management, industrial engineering, finance, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, distribution, customer fulfillment, freight management, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of parcel, LTL, truckload, air, ocean, intermodal, and cross-border transportation.
• Experience analyzing freight spend, transportation costs, carrier performance, and logistics KPIs.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with distribution center, manufacturing, or multi-site logistics operations.
• Experience with ERP, transportation management, business intelligence, or reporting tools such as SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience with premium freight, expedited shipments, logistics compliance, freight audits, or transportation issue resolution.
• Knowledge of cross-border transportation, customs processes, USMCA, and international logistics.
• Experience presenting performance reports, facilitating training, driving process adoption, or supporting continuous improvement.
