Manager, Inventory and Logistics (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Long Beach, California, United States; travel up to 25% to multiple domestic and international sites.

Base pay: $108,000–$135,000 USD annually in California.

What you will do

• Lead inventory management, material handling, shipping, and receiving teams across multiple sites.
• Manage inventory controls, perpetual inventory reporting, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials to production, including inventory planning and kitting.
• Implement bar-coding, bin-location, and other material-management systems and processes.
• Oversee packaging, receiving inspection, shipping, and receiving processes.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 12+ years of total work experience may substitute.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in supply chain.
• Experience managing inventory teams and implementing material-management systems and tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, mathematics, and statistics.
• For U.S. office roles, must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, qualifying refugee or asylee, or eligible to obtain the required ITAR authorizations.
• Must be able to work onsite in Long Beach and travel up to 25%.

• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or heavy manufacturing.
