Area Manager, Fulfillment Operations (Replenishment)

Location: 400 Smoke Tree Plz, North Aurora, Illinois 60542, United States. Onsite role with two Monday–Friday shift options: 6:00am–4:00pm or 3:30pm–1:00am. Requires rotating shifts and non-traditional hours as needed, plus continuous standing and walking during 8–10 hour shifts.

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Oversee replenishment operations, ensuring inventory moves accurately and efficiently from reserve storage to pick locations.
• Monitor replenishment queues, shortages, worklists, completion rates, location fill rates, productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy.
• Allocate labor and prioritize workflows based on forecasts, order demand, staffing, and operational requirements.
• Partner with Inbound, Picking, Inventory Control, Problem Solve, and support teams to resolve inventory issues and operational risks.
• Manage, coach, and develop Leads, Clerks, and Associates while setting priorities, performance expectations, and accountability standards.
• Drive corrective actions and process improvements while supporting safety, OSHA compliance, hygiene, contamination control, and peak operations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations.
• Working knowledge of inventory management and replenishment processes.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with WMS and operational reporting tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction and frequently bend, stoop, reach above, and push or pull.
• Ability to work onsite in North Aurora and support rotating or non-traditional shifts.
