Production Supervisor (Logistics)

Location: Onsite in Frankfort, KY

What you will do

• Manage teammates in a logistics and assembly environment, including planning and assigning daily work.
• Establish quality control standards and oversee the selection and purchasing of materials.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and company procedures, including the execution of SOPs.
• Conduct daily management meetings to communicate goals, objectives, and department updates.
• Oversee core warehouse activities: receiving, stocking, inventory control, order filling, and shipments.
• Analyze progress and develop enhancements to drive operational efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or management, or at least 2 years of experience in logistics warehouse/inventory.
• Demonstrated management qualifications and experience leading teams.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work onsite in Frankfort, KY, including potential weekend and overtime shifts.
• Physical ability to frequently lift up to 35 lbs and perform repetitive bending and reaching.
