Senior Operations Manager

Location: Onsite at 4 00 Smoketree Plaza, North Aurora, IL 60542, United States. Monday–Friday day shift, with flexibility to work weekend and night shifts as needed.

Salary: $89,235–$118,980 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead distribution operations, customer service, human resources, and recruiting for the facility.
• Manage performance KPIs, operational metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Hire, train, coach, motivate, and manage goals for facility team members.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and reliable departmental operations.
• Establish and enforce safety standards and legal compliance requirements.
• Maintain safe, high-quality, and compliant receiving, storage, handling, and shipping processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with facility start-ups.
• Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Demonstrated ownership and a record of driving results.
• Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, General Management, or a related field preferred.
