Location: Must be living and working in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area (Remote day-to-day, but required to attend local events regularly)
Salary: Base $100k - $130k / year; Target Compensation $140k - $180k / year

What you will do
- Build and strengthen relationships with studios, publishers, and IP holders to drive revenue across co-dev and tool sales.
- Own and operate the business development pipeline from end-to-end.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Develop and present business proposals and sales materials to potential clients.
- Regularly attend industry events in the SF Bay Area and global conferences.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to define and evolve the BD strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in the games and entertainment industry.
- Must be based in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area to attend regional functions on short notice.
- Proven experience closing deals or securing funding worth hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars.
- Strong existing network within the game industry, specifically with AAA studios and publishers.
- Experience as a founder or business development professional.
- Deep understanding of game development cycles, market dynamics, and distribution models.
