What you will do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in banking, hospitality, and retail sectors.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute targeted lead generation campaigns.
• Present AI capabilities to prospective clients and demonstrate solution value.
• Manage successful handovers from sales to delivery teams.

Requirements

• Proven success in business development with a track record of closing deals.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for articulating complex solutions.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proactive approach with strong organizational and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, automation, or enterprise software sales.
• Background in selling into contact centers or customer service environments.
