Location: San Mateo, CA (hybrid), with the possibility of being fully remote within the US.

Salary: $224,800 – $336,400 USD

What you will do

  • Define and execute global Client Partnerships strategy to drive scalable partner frameworks and multi-year growth plans.
  • Lead and develop a global organization of client partners, establishing operating models and performance expectations.
  • Own global revenue targets and core business KPIs, ensuring pipeline health and forecasting accuracy.
  • Build strategic engagement frameworks with media holding companies and multinational advertisers to accelerate adoption of new commercial offerings.
  • Drive revenue diversification through expansion of non-endemic advertising partnerships across categories like CPG, retail, and automotive.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders in Operations, Product, and Marketing to align strategies and unlock growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 18+ years of experience in advertising sales or partnerships within gaming, media, or entertainment.
  • Proven track record of scaling advertising sales organizations during platform and capability expansion.
  • Established relationships with senior-level decision-makers at global media holding companies in the US.
  • Deep understanding of platform ecosystems, monetization models, and global advertising markets.
  • Demonstrated success owning large-scale revenue portfolios and complex strategic partnerships.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and capable of operating within US-based business structures.
