What you will do

• Manage day-to-day reconciliation operations for client accounts and business processes.
• Ensure all reconciliations are completed accurately and within agreed turnaround times and SLAs.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of reconciliation analysts and specialists.
• Monitor operational KPIs, including productivity, quality, and exception aging.
• Drive process improvements to reduce manual effort and mitigate operational risk.
• Act as an escalation point for reconciliation breaks, control failures, and service issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, reconciliations, or transaction processing.
• 2+ years of team management experience in a BPO or high-volume operational environment.
• Strong understanding of reconciliation processes, exception handling, and operational controls.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with reconciliation systems like Intelimatch.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, client-facing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting global clients or multi-geography operations.
• Knowledge of hirify.global systems such as BPS, IMPACT, Proactive, or Postedge.
• Background in finance and accounting outsourcing or banking operations.
• Familiarity with audit, compliance, and risk frameworks.
