What you will do

• Manage borrowing requests and deliverables for term loan facilities in collaboration with the Fixed Assets team.
• Prepare financial materials for investor, management, and board-level presentations.
• Support interest rate hedging activities, including exposure forecasting and trade reconciliation.
• Execute debt fundraising initiatives, including due diligence and deal structuring.
• Ensure SOX compliance for debt disclosures and interest rate hedging.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses on balance sheet and capital structure issues.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States (no H1-B sponsorship).
• 2-3 years of progressive experience in Treasury or Corporate Finance.
• Deep understanding of GAAP accounting and non-GAAP metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data manipulation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in investment banking or private equity.
• Familiarity with Netsuite and Bloomberg.
• Experience in a cloud infrastructure provider or fixed asset-heavy industry.
