What you will do

• Process vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and resolve AP transaction discrepancies.
• Manage purchase order (PO) creation, tracking, and policy compliance.
• Support Hypercare activities for Concur Expense and Travel modules.
• Maintain detailed vendor records and facilitate audit requirements.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual errors in financial processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance PO tracking and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and AP processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Long Island office in New York.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
