What you will do

• Assist with servicing and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Support production changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Help assemble and install new or renovated equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas.
• Complete required maintenance and performance records accurately.
• Assist with parts inventory tracking and purchasing requests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of experience in maintenance or related roles.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work safely at heights up to 50 feet.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Vocational or technical training in HVAC, electrical, or maintenance related fields.
• Experience with hands-on use of hand tools and basic repair tasks.
• Exposure to safety programs such as Lockout/Tagout.
