What you will do

• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to resolve safety and quality issues.
• Partner with Maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
• Diagnose complex machine issues and recommend technical improvements.
• Read and interpret part drawings and routings to ensure operational accuracy.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a TMO or Engineering Tech 1.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for understanding manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency in standard programs such as Excel and Word.
• Ability to apply basic engineering procedures and practices.
• Ability to manage own workload and meet strict deadlines.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Zeeland, MI
