What you will do

• Perform routine preventative and periodic maintenance on facility production equipment.
• Utilize basic hand tools to complete assigned maintenance tasks.
• Ensure strict compliance with plant EH&S procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and confined space protocols.
• Monitor equipment functionality and identify potential hazards on the manufacturing floor.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure safety compliance during maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Waukesha, WI
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated manufacturing knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
• Competence in industrial safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout, Mobile Equipment, and Fall Protection.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with rotating equipment and moderate noise.
