What you will do

• Deliver professional services to clients, including feature setup, platform integration, and data migration.
• Meet with clients daily and complete assigned tasks offline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Collaborate with Customer Success (CS) and Research & Development (R&D) teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a SaaS company.
• Native-level English proficiency.
• Tech-savvy, dedicated, eager, and curious to learn new things and constantly improve.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
