Senior Global Sourcing Manager (EV Charging)

Location: Campbell, California, United States

Base salary: $119,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Define, develop, and implement scalable supply chain strategies focused on efficiency, quality, and cost optimization.
• Organize sourcing activities to consolidate suppliers, maximize leverage, and protect security of supply.
• Influence R&D design decisions to align with preferred sourcing partners.
• Execute supply agreements and dual-sourcing strategies.
• Manage critical suppliers, vendor relationships, business standards, and supply risks.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, R&D, and Manufacturing on new product introduction and production transition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain management, or at least 8 years of sourcing or commodity-related experience.
• Experience with electrical commodities is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, organization, written communication, verbal communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• ERP experience required, preferably NetSuite.
• PLM experience required, preferably Arena.
• Work location: Campbell, California, United States.
