Global Strategic Sourcing Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Gresham, Oregon, United States; travel domestically and internationally may be required, approximately 20%.

Annual base salary: $89,000–$206,000, plus restricted stock units and quarterly bonuses.

What you will do

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies covering supplier selection, qualification, rationalization, benchmarking, total cost of ownership, and risk mitigation.
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, pricing agreements, performance assessments, and category procurement activities.
• Deliver cost reductions through market analysis, cost modeling, competitive sourcing, make-versus-buy analysis, negotiations, and global spend leverage.
• Build supplier and market intelligence, assess supplier capabilities, and optimize supply chain performance and assurance of supply.
• Partner with engineering on product requirements, manufacturing options, product roadmaps, new product development, and launch readiness.
• Drive lean transformation, continuous improvement, sustainable cost controls, and sharing of sourcing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in global strategic sourcing management and procurement.
• Experience with supplier selection, risk and compliance, international negotiation, roadmap alignment, and financial analysis.
• Strong relationship management, collaboration, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel, and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required; physical requirements include sitting 80%, standing 10%, and walking 10%.

Nice to have

• ISM C.P.M., CPSM, APICS CSCP/CPIM, or an equivalent certification.
• Microsoft Dynamics experience.
