Senior Manager, SaaS Procurement

Location: New York, San Francisco, or Seattle

Base salary: $140,000–$213,333 USD per year, plus potential bonus, equity, and/or commission.

What you will do

• Own negotiations for new and renewing enterprise SaaS contracts, including pricing, terms, renewals, termination rights, volume discounts, and bundling.
• Build vendor benchmarking capabilities using market-rate data and peer pricing.
• Partner with Legal on master service agreements, data processing agreements, and service-level agreements while owning business terms.
• Identify redundant tools and lead SaaS portfolio consolidation and spend-control initiatives.
• Manage the SaaS procurement workflow in the procure-to-pay platform, including approvals and controls.
• Lead the Procurement Operations & ITAM Analyst and report savings, spend trends, and renewal risk monthly.

Requirements

• 6+ years of enterprise software or IT procurement or vendor management experience.
• Hands-on experience negotiating enterprise SaaS agreements and explaining the leverage, outcomes, and trade-offs involved.
• Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report.
• Working fluency with NetSuite or a comparable ERP or procure-to-pay system.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and incomplete data in a fast-scaling environment.
• Ability to work in New York, San Francisco, or Seattle.

Nice to have

• Experience building a procurement function from a low-maturity baseline.
• Exposure to SOX and IT general controls related to vendor and access management.
• Experience with SaaS management or IT asset management tools such as Zylo, Torii, or Flexera.
