Salary: $100,000–$130,000

What you will do

• Underwrite, price, and negotiate complex Media E&O accounts according to company strategy.
• Develop and deepen relationships with key brokers across the region to drive production.
• Mentor and train junior underwriting teammates locally and nationally.
• Serve as a relationship manager for key media brokers and lead remediation efforts.
• Monitor product results and develop strategies to increase productivity and profitability.
• Collaborate with the national media team to share knowledge and execute regional plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Media E&O coverage.
• Proven track record of delivering meaningful underwriting profit.
• Strong sales, presentation, and negotiation skills with a competitive drive.
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel throughout the U.S. up to 25% for industry events and broker visits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
