Salary: $118,900–$156,000

What you will do
- Execute the enterprise governance model for affiliated and non-affiliated managers.
- Prepare governance materials, track action items, and ensure disciplined follow-through on decisions and remediation plans.
- Coordinate strategic transformation initiatives by tracking deliverables and identifying risks.
- Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs), reporting frameworks, and relationship scorecards.
- Partner with Portfolio Management, Compliance, Performance, and Operations teams throughout the investment lifecycle.
- Contribute to improvements in the manager oversight operating model and reporting capabilities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in investment management, governance, or relationship management within financial services.
- 3+ years of experience supporting governance programs or oversight frameworks.
- 3+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving multiple partners.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Must be based in or able to work in Boston or Springfield, Massachusetts (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Master’s degree.
- Advanced expertise in investment manager governance, oversight, or relationship management.
- Experience mentoring or developing junior team members.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders via data-driven insights.
