Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 (base plus bonus)

What you will do

• Book meetings for Field Sales Reps to drive new business opportunities.
• Qualify leads and manage outbound pipeline development using research tools.
• Identify and engage decision-makers within target organizations via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain accurate database records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Channel teams on strategic projects.
• Meet and exceed phone and email activity quotas.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development.
• Must be based in the US (no immigration sponsorship provided).
• Proven track record of effective outbound sales messaging.
• Excellent communication, discovery, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
