Salary: $80,000–$110,000 plus 10% bonus

What you will do

• Collaborate with IT to define and implement technology solutions for automating financial reports.
• Design and create dashboards in Power BI to visualize financial KPIs.
• Drive AI adoption within the Finance organization using tools like Claude and Copilot.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze performance and identify risks.
• Provide analytical support for investment decisions and annual budget/forecasting processes.
• Assist with quarterly reviews and annual audits in partnership with external auditors.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience with at least 3+ years in a similar financial analysis role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and macros.
• Demonstrated experience with SQL programming, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Proven ability to implement AI-driven automation and prompt engineering.
• Strong communication skills to translate financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders.

Nice to have

• CPA designation or a degree in Business/Finance.
