What you will do

• Support annual business planning and periodic financial forecasting across assigned business units.
• Manage monthly accrual processes and maintain weekly budget tracking dashboards.
• Perform comprehensive variance analysis to provide insights into business performance.
• Partner with Operations and R&D to enhance month-end close and forecasting accuracy.
• Develop financial models and reporting tools to drive accountability for CapEx projects.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify cost optimization opportunities and support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Minimum of four years of experience in Finance or FP&A.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Shanghai office.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools.
• Proficiency with Hyperion or Anaplan platforms.
