What you will do

• Design and deploy production-grade ML and AI systems for customer-facing analytics and automation.
• Develop end-to-end ML workflows including data preparation, feature engineering, training, and monitoring.
• Build scalable AI solutions using LLMs, embeddings, recommendation systems, and forecasting models.
• Evolve semantic data models to ensure accurate and scalable analytics across the organization.
• Mentor engineers and influence architecture and engineering standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Machine Learning roles.
• 3+ years of experience building and operating ML systems in production.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.
• Deep understanding of MLOps, data modeling, and CI/CD for ML workloads.

• Experience with Snowflake Cortex.
