What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and the analytics data warehouse as a single source of truth.
• Build recurring ROI analyses and productionize repeatable data jobs using orchestration tools like Airflow.
• Define core business metrics and create reusable SQL data models for self-serve analytics.
• Partner with the CX team to communicate product value and present insights to customers.
• Design and deploy customer-facing dashboards using BI tools like ThoughtSpot.
• Prototype and test ML models (classification, clustering, regression, NLP) to inform product direction.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or Analytics Engineer.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, Dagster) and modern data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Strong ability to translate complex technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with knowledge worker productivity tools.
• Familiarity with modern data visualization libraries like D3.js.
• Knowledge of dbt, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
